The scope
Industrial refurbishment: structural repairs, epoxy floor coating, high-bay lighting installation and construction of an office mezzanine inside the warehouse envelope.
The challenge
The warehouse could not stop. Distribution ran 24 hours, and the site sat close enough to sensitive equipment that dust and vibration control were contractual, not optional.
What we did
The whole job ran on night shift and weekends using dust-free drilling and cutting. We sectioned the floor so racking was only ever offline in one bay at a time.
The outcome
Completed in six weeks with zero disruption to distribution. Usable storage capacity rose about 40% and the lighting upgrade cut energy cost by roughly 25%.
