The scope
Construction of four climate-controlled poultry houses: concrete foundations, pre-engineered steel structure, insulated roofing, HDPE lining, automated feeding and full ventilation installation.
The challenge
Strict biosecurity requirements, a capacity of 50 000 birds per house, and a four-month deadline tied to the client's stocking schedule.
What we did
Pre-engineered steel structures let us assemble rapidly once foundations cured. HDPE lining throughout made the houses washable to biosecurity standard, with automated climate control integrated during the build rather than retrofitted.
The outcome
Delivered on time and within budget. The client immediately commissioned two additional houses.
