The scope
Full luxury finishing across twelve units: custom bulkhead design, premium paint systems, porcelain tiling and bespoke kitchen joinery, each unit to its own specification.
The challenge
A fixed ten-week handover to incoming owners, with each unit requiring different finishes — so no single repeatable production line was possible.
What we did
We assigned dedicated teams per unit type rather than per trade, ran weekly quality inspections, and walked each unit with the developer before it was called complete.
The outcome
All twelve units passed inspection first time and the development sold out within two months of completion.
