The scope
Full kitchen renovation: custom cabinetry, granite countertops, under-counter lighting, new plumbing fixtures and porcelain floor tiling.
The challenge
A family of five needed the kitchen functional through the works, inside a three-week window before holiday gatherings.
What we did
Cabinetry was prefabricated off site so installation took days rather than weeks. Dust barriers stayed up throughout, evening shifts covered the disruptive work, and all plumbing and electrical was completed inside two days.
The outcome
Delivered in eighteen days — three days inside the deadline — with the kitchen usable every evening of the build.
